REALISTIC? HELL YES!!!!!

When I ordered this my biggest fear was that it would be too big to be believable. I wanted it to look "somewhat realistic". What I just received is SO REALISTIC that it actually scared me. A purely instinctive uncontrollable reaction caused me to almost drop it! WOW! HOLY CRAP is this thing AWESOME! It is more realistic than a taxidermy. This thing looks alive, no kidding. My plan was to mount it outside with a sign that said (of course) DON'T TREAD ON ME - Our old time National Symbol but now I am afraid that the sun will bleach it out. Change of plans - I think this beautiful piece is going on my dresser while I order 2 more. One for outside & one backup. Michael Carr Sir . . . WE SALUTE YOU! 50 Stars

great but came damaged

i like it, it looks great, i want more snake statues around my apartment. i felt bad when this one came with the tip of the rattler damaged, i sort of felt worse when i read people take time to paint it, and the packaging of it was done badly. hopefully this review doesnt get anyone in trouble, i decided to keep it anyway, looks great, i ordered more like it

Very realistic!

Initially I bought this to scare off the stray cats from a yard however it's so realistic I love it so much it hasn't even made it outside yet I still have it in my living room on display I love it! ❤️

Gotch ya everytime

I got two of these to put in my back yard for fun. My area it is possible for a rattle snake but not likely. I didn't realize the reaction I would get. Grown adults were ready to take the rattle snake out. Each one would gasp or yell and jump back and get into a defensive posture. I have so much fun with these guys. The craftsman ship is excellent and the colors hold up good. I had them outside and only after about 3 years the color is starting to fade. Indoors they would last a very long time. Rattles are fragile and if not handled with care could break off if rough with them.

Realistic, too realistic.

A neighbor was passing by when they spotted the snake in my garden. They took a picture and sent it to a snake removal expert. The expert deemed it worthy of removal and didn't even know it was fake until he picked it up. I didn't buy this as a prank, I placed it out front to keep bunnies away from my plants and dog owners off my mulch. It wasn't very effective against dogs and it didn't keep humans out of my yard either - actually the opposite happened.
