Used Item

I believe this may have been a return, the shovel part was already put together, but was upside down. A small dent and some scuff marks are on the bucket, Several of the washers, bolts etc... were loose in the box which had a hole tore in the box.... So it was missing some of the washers, bolts Etc... We went to hardware store to replace them. We need it Saturday and can live with the issues. I believe we should get a discount.

Cheaply made

This was hard for my grandson to maneuver and keeps falling apart . Cheaply made . I guess I got what I paid for

Not as durable as I hoped

I bought my son a few different kinds of toys like this for Christmas and this one by far is the least durable the metal and plastic parts are very thin I do not see if lasting very long. When I opened the box to assemble it all the parts were loose in the box and a couple washers were missing. The directions were nonexistent but we managed.

Steer clear of this

Don't make our mistake!! The idea of this item/gift is good in theory. It is very poor quality with poor paint. The screw hole tolerance is off about 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch making some so you have to force some screws in. The item we received was half built. Thrown in a box. And more than half the packing material destroyed. Some of the nuts were lose in the box. The tires feel like the cheapest plastic they could have sourced. The design of the push arm is too low. My child has to bring the arms all the way to their groin to try to lift the bucket to a movable height. Imo it's very bad product design. With other products like "The Big Dig" at a lower price point and of MUCH better quality, this one is definitely a hard pass. We even went through the trouble of checking if this was ordered from the warehouse in our rushed shopping but it wasn't. Definitely going to return this and hope that we can find one that will fit our toddlers better.

Disappointing

My son played with this for less than an hour and a rivet broke making it unusable. The nuts and bolts that holds everything together kept falling out of the other pieces, it was awful quality and very disappointing, not worth the money!

Poor quality, missing parts, scratched up

Wish i could give this less than 1 star. Very frustrated. Bought this for my sons birthday. Opened it on Friday to assemble for the party Saturday. The entire axle is missing and the main frame is all scratched up, wheels are cheap plastic, definitely not good quality. Having to find another birthday present in one day is a super big inconvenience. Definitely returning for a return.

Horrible

Bought as a gift for grandson. The pieces were literally thrown in the box. Half of the items were already put together. Screws were all over. What a mess. So I would assume that This item was returned and just sent back out. Very disappointed with Amazon quality control. Sent back immediately.
