Please read this review
I have miles of electric fence and these are the sorriest insulators that I've used. 1) You really have to twist the insulators to install 2) because you have to twist them so much, you can't put the wire in the slot until after they are installed which makes it very difficult to insert the wire 3) the fit is very sloppy (see picture) 4) the insulators are very flimsy. They won't last long.

Very poor product
We needed to hook into our neighbor's fence, but the t-posts were backwards. I thought these reverse insulators would be the answer. They stick out 5 inches from the t-post and are extremely wobbly!! The #12.5 gage electric fence wire does not slide through the slots, and the end of the insulator that wraps around the post is weak and snaps off the post when any pressure is put on it to stretch the wire. We will look for an alternative for future fencing projects. These were not worth it, even if they had been free!!!

Good product
Did exactly what it was intended to do. Held on to the t-post great. Pretty sturdy! It is plastic so, as long as you're not twisting it and bending it in half, it works great and doesn't break very easily. I've bought several bags of these and when the time comes to get more, I will be purchasing more!
