I really like the dress material, pattern. Smocked waist and zipper just don’t seem to really mesh together well. Chest area is large. The arms are elasticized and so tight when on. Got a 2x, usually a size 18w-20w. Sooo much material. Am so so on this dress and will exchange for XXL and we’ll see is the arms are just unbearable.

Beautiful and flattering!

I'm very very pleasantly surprised. This fits like a dream - I'm not much of a dress girl but this one makes me feel beautiful. I bought an XL - I'm a 12 on the bottom, 16 on top.

I REALLLLLY Wanted to Like this Dress, but.....

The material is beautiful, the lining is great, the print was pretty and feminine. It feels like a much more expensive dress than the cost you pay on Amazon. Those are the pros. BUT....the cons made this a no-go for me. Starting with the gathering at the waist, which was too heavy and left a lot to be desired for someone who is not as thin as the model they have showing off the dress. I am not a "big" girl, but I am not tiny either. I am curvy, and ordered a size large based on their size guides. I usually can get away with a medium in most other dresses, so that might have been a heads up. The top fit fine, even a little big, and the v neck is generous, as in I would have definitely needed to wear a camisole, because the girls were wayyyy out there, a bit too much for me. The other issue was that the gathered waist did some serious damage to the existence of my waistline, thereby making it practically disappear. It kind of reminded me of the old school spring churchy dresses from the 80s, with the big flounced skirt from the waist down. It was just too much fabric and too generous of a gather. I think if the waistline was more sleek, it would have been fine. But for me, it was just too voluminous. Maybe on a smaller curved gal, or someone who could fit their medium, but not for me and this one sadly goes back.
