Disappointed in Zero Restriction’s return policy

I’m extremely disappointed in Zero Restrictions customer service. When I picked the jacket it was on sale for $215. It wasn’t the material that I wanted. When I tried to return it I found out that they will only accept returns on full priced items. Not a good policy and there was no mention that sales merchandise is non refundable!
