Not nearly as nice as they look.

Not plush at all, but medium to thin. They pilled horribly on first wash and dry, and I had to spend almost an hour de-pilling them with the edge of a carving knife laying flat on the kitchen counter...almost decided it wasn't worth the effort because of the other issues given below, and nearly just tossed them in the trash. Mine seemed brand new, but stunk on arrival...could have been a chemical manufacturing smell, but seemed more organic, like a Chinese fish market. Had to wash them three times to get the smell out. They have a lengthwise wide-stripe texture/pattern from alternating the thread weave direction every few inches that is not visible in the photos. If you're expecting a consistent look across the area of the towel, this unexpected visual feature will be a surprise, and probably an unwelcome one, as it was for me. Luxury in style and design, but definitely not in execution.

Good quality towels

I love the colours of the towels. They are great quality, and I bought them as Christmas towels. The only problem I had was that one of the large bath towels had a huge black stain across the entire width of the towel. I had to clean, scrub and wash it 3 times to get it out. I just feel that should have been checked before it was shipped. It was so obvious. I wished I had taken a picture of it.

Towels are nice but not what I expected, not as soft as they are portrayed and not as soft as seems, and not as fluffy. But towels are still nice , I use them as my decorative towels in my personal bathroom
