Cracked within a month

Mug was great until I went to get it out of the freezer one morning and it was cracked.I don't think I even had it for a month.

It works very well!

The only downside is this unit works too well if your beverage is already cold from the fridge. The nice thing is you can turn your beverage into almost a slushie like state after just a few minutes assuming it wasn't room temp. Ivw had mugs like this in the past and am very pleased with the overall value you get for your money. I use this year round and have permanent place in my freezer for this mug. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you want

I love this type of mug, but another brand i had broke years ago. Finally got another. it's fairly light weight, freezes quickly, and keeps my drink cold for a long time. It is everything you could want!

This is not a 16 oz mug, which is how it is advertised.

I bought it specifically because of its advertised size. I was very disappointed that it doesn't hold as much as claimed. I enjoy a big glass of icewater several times a day, and, while this is fine for what it is, it's not as advertised, which is annoying.
