Does what I need; poor packaging led to damage

It works great to keep grease from splattering everywhere. The packaging was poor and it arrived damaged. The damage doesn't affect its use, but it would have been nice if it didn't start bent. It makes me wonder how sturdy it will be in the long run.

Three sided grease shield

Lost mine, so much less mess when cooking, don’t want to live without one!

Perfectly protects backsplash and camper window blinds.

We ordered 2 of these; one for the house and one for the camper. There is a window with a metal blind behind the cooktop in the camper and every time we cooked on it, there would be splatter on either the blind or window. In the house, there we have a white, glass, and chrome backsplash that also got splattered on when we cooked. We needed a solution to keep the backsplash and window/blind clean and we found this Splatter Guard. It worked great. It was just tall enough to keep grease and other foods from messing up the backsplash in the house. At 30 inches wide, it is plenty wide enough to 'catch' any splatter for the frying pan. Same thing in the camper. We were a little concerned that at a height of 9 inches, the guard would not be tall enough to catch some of the splatter over the top, but that has proven to not be an issue. The guard is so easy to clean and after a year of use, we have not experienced any rust, scarring, of other surface issues. The guard is a tri-fold construction and easily folds to a small enough package to stow away in the drawer. This was a good purchase.

It does what it is supposed to do. Good value. Smaller than I expected. I hope it is bigger or there is an available bigger/taller size.

So..So

The hinging is not good the two tops were undone and I was able to put them back but they came undone again. It was bent/dented but still can be used. It is not easy to use with a 12 inch skillet you have to angle it and be careful with a lid. It did keep the grease from splattering and it did wipe off clean easily but be careful and be gentle as it is not sturdy. I have not decided if I will return it or not. I will see if it holds up to cooking without a lid and stops a lot if grease then decide. Over all I am not impressed with this item.

Awesome product. Very basic and sturdy enough. Hasn’t rusted when put in dishwasher. Love it and it saves my kitchen from a lot of disasters.

Was expecting better for the price

It's just OK quality. Was expecting better for the price. Arrived warped - will not sit flush on the rim of a frying pan.
