Missing parts and bad instructions

The package does not come with a pigtail for the actuator, nor a line that goes from the actuator box to the fan unit, you'll have to buy or make your own. As far as the instructions go, it has much to be desired. It took myself and my 2 GC's over 3 hours to find all the parts on-site and some creative thinking needed to complete this install. Unless you have all the parts needed to get this installed that it does not tell you its missing, I would not recommend purchasing this unit.

Super Quiet

So quiet I couldn't hear it running over the dryer. I had to put my hand on it to feel it running. Increased air flow enough to dry clothes quicker. I added it to our dryer in the basement where the vent runs up through the ceiling and out of the house between floors. Total run about 20 ft plus three turns.

Do not purchase this product.

Do not purchase this product. The company does not stand behind their product and their customer service stinks. We purchased the Duct Booster Application. The Duct Booster Kit was bad. The company would not replace the faulty part.

Works As Advertised

Easy to install but did not add the Peto tube. No information on why and how it was needed. Works great
