Good quality but hard to put on

Winter school shoes for my son. They seem comfortable for him and keep his feet warm and dry (unless he goes tromping through the really deep snow). Have been holding to use several times a week. Only issue is he has a hard time putting them on himself.

Ankles too tight

Daughter got blisters a found ankles despite wearing appropriate socks, too tight. Not great for a wider foot either.

Difficult to put on

We “unlaced” the shoes as far as we could and with great difficulty finally got it on my daughters foot. Once it was on, the top of the shoe was digging into the top of her foot. I don’t believe it’s a size issue because she wears other shoes in a smaller size and they fit just fine. We got them a little bigger so she could wear hiking socks but she tried them on with thin socks so thicker socks would have felt even worse. I gave them 2 stars because they are great looking and I trust Keen quality.

Adventure approved!

My 4-yr-old wears an 11.5/12 and needed a 13 in hiking boots to accommodate her wide width. These are wonderfully flexible and easy to walk and climb in. She did two 5-mile hikes on back-to-back days this weekend and never complained about her feet or shoes. I'm also happy that she can get them on and off herself. And they're definitely waterproof!

Piece broke right off!

I thought these were sturdy shoes but it’s not true. My son wore them about 5 times and this essential piece broke off. It doesn’t lace properly now…. I don’t recommend.

Für Keen zu kleen und Quali schlecht

Wir haben diese Schuhe von Keen gekauft, weil Keen dafür bekannt ist, dass breite Füße darin wunderbar Platz finden und die Qualität langlebig ist. Was soll ich sagen? Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Erstmal: "Ja, die Schuhe sehen rein optisch wirklich gut aus." Wir haben, in den letzten Wochen, 3 paar Schuhe von Keen gekauft und bei allen 6 Schuhen ergibt sich das selbe Problem (siehe die 6 Bilder). An allen 6 Schuhen löst sich die Sohle, was sie schlussendlich nichtmehr wasserdicht hält. Damit ist jeder einzelne Schuh völlig unbrauchbar für unsere Zwecke, nämlich, dass die Füße der Kids trocken und warm bleiben, auch wenn es draußen nass ist. Und als wäre dieser massive Qualitätsmangel an jedem einzelnen Schuh nicht schon schlimm genug, kommt noch hinzu, dass diese Schuhe bei Weitem nichtmehr so weit sind, wie eigentlich für Keen üblich. Es drückt nicht nur links und rechts gegen die Zehen, sondern zu allem Überfluss auch noch von oben. Das heißt, dass die Zehen von allen Richtungen Druck bekommen, was weder angenehm, noch gesund für den Fuß sein kann, gleichrecht nicht für einen, sich im Wachstum befindlichen, Kinderfuß. KEEN, was habt ihr getan? Was ist mit Euren Schuhen passiert? Wieso habt ihr sie enger gemacht? Warum halten sie nichtmehr und gehen so schnell kaputt? Sind Euch Sparmaßnahmen in der Herstellung soviel wert, dass ihr Einnahme-Einbußen beim Endverbraucher dafür gerne in Kauf nehmt? Uns, als Käufer Eurer Schuhe, habt ihr jedenfalls verloren. (Außer Ihr kehrt wieder zu Eurer altbewährten Qualität zurück.) Danke.

Tienen una pinta estupenda pero traen un fallo de diseño

Las botas son de calidad y sólo hay que verlas para que te des cuenta. Sin embargo, la parte trasera que toca con el tendón de Aquiles es demasiado dura (se nota con solo pasar el dedo de la mano) y al caminar “se clava” haciendo mucho daño en la zona. No quiero imaginar el día que produciría después de una caminata. Si todas son así hay un claro fallo de diseño que echa a perder una gran bota. O quizás sólo tienen el defecto las que pusieron en oferta, como la que compré yo

Sehr guter Schuh, aber

Der Schuh ist durch die Ösen am oberen Ende leicht an und auszuziehen. Allerdings sind bei uns einige Ösen sehr zusammen gequetscht, so dass das Gummiband nicht mehr leicht einzulegen geht. Andere Ösen wiederum sind so extrem aufgebogen, dass ich Angst habe, dass sie bald abbrechen. Also vielleicht vor Beginn des Tragens die Ösen kontrollieren...

Definitiv nicht wasserdicht

Schöner Schuh,prima Sohle die nicht rutscht..leider trotz Impregnation nicht wasserdicht- schon bei nur nasser Wiese kam unser Sohn mit voll nassen Füssen..von einem Schuh der die Membrane hat ,hätte uch sowas nicht erwartet.sonst angenehme breite Form..aber nächstesmal wohl wieder Schuh mit Goretex...

Außen super innen nicht

Bisher war ich immer begeistert von Schuhen dieser Marke, auch für mich selbst. Die Passform und Verarbeitung sind auch wie erwartet top. Schön breit geschnitten für breite Füsse! Innen ist der Schuh allerdings so gut wie gar nicht gefüttert oder ausgekleidet, einfach nur hart und drückende Stellen vorprogrammiert. Update: nach 2 Wochen reibt sich hinten bereits die Sohle massiv ab... ob wir da ein Montagsmodell erwischt haben? Habe noch Sandalen der gleichen Marke und Größe die sind top...
