One of the better heaters you can get

This heater compared to several others is by far the most accurate. I measured it to be +/- 1° from set temp. The price is ok and it works as intended.

Overall a very solid product and quality brand. Great prices compared to local pet stores. 200w worked well to keep my 37 gallon temps just right during the winter months when my house stays cool.

First one was DOA, second one works like a charm

First one I ordered was dead on arrival. Light worked but never got warm. Ordered a second one as this is a good brand. Second one works as expected. I’m assuming it’s just a fluke as I’ve never had any issues with this brand before.

Lifetime Warranty

While these will last 2 -3 years before taking on water, what keeps me coming back to their product is their warranty and free replacement of troublesome heaters.

Same model burned out in 2 years trying again to compare longevity.

Failed after one week

I had this heater in my new tank for one week before it failed. It was heating the water 4º higher than the thermostat was set when it was working, now it won't turn on no matter how cold the water is or how high you set the thermostat. Absolute terrible quality as all the other reviews are saying. Spend an extra $10 to get a reliable heater from Eheim or Fluval.

La fama se terminó, no vuelvo a comprar.

Pésimo. Hace años usaba ésta marca, antes de que Marineland la adquiriera. Pensé que la calidad seguiría siendo buena, pero el producto habrá funcionando unos 4 días para después comenzar a comportarse como si tuviera un falso contacto, mostrar parpadeos en el indicador y definitivamente la temperatura estaba igual que el ambiente. El soporte de fabricante es un ASCO. La "ayuda" qué dan en los comentarios de cada producto, son scripts que poco importa si cubren tu problema. Escribirles tampoco fue más productivo, de hecho, jamás contestaron.

Sumergalo unos 30 minutos antes de usarlo

Es importante sumergirlo y "aclimatarlo" para que al encenderlo no se "queme" funcione por más tiempo, excelente producto, mantiene la temperatura estable
