Great toys

This is the second time we’ve purchased these for our toddlers. The first set was donated after our then youngest grew out of them, but then we needed another set for a younger child. Highly recommend.

When my kids were young, we relied on Fisher Price toys for durability, quality and age appropriateness. Today's moms can rely on Melissa and Doug. The puzzle is durable, has easy to grasp pieces, is colorful and appropriate for young toddlers.

Pictures started peeling

After about a month of use and my child often putting it in their mouth the pictures have started peeling. We still enjoy the product otherwise.

An honest review from a Mother of a very active, energetic toddler

The jumbo knob is very user friendly for toddler small hands who are still trying to master their hand eye co-ordination. I bought this for my son when he was 14 months and so his first way of playing with it was to take out all the pieces from it's slot, so the jumbo knot is quite handy. He began to show interest in putting the puzzle pieces together only when he turns 17 months and have mastered it by 19 months, it is a very challenging puzzles because of the shapes but very enjoyable and appealing for toddlers because of it's big size and good colours. I did not give 5 star because after 5 months of usage - banging, throwing, drooling, spillage and dropping food now and then, (every mom and dad with a toddler will relate to this) it needs to be cleaned and wiped regularly and the corner of some of the puzzle pieces started peeling, so it is not as tough and durable as it looks...I did not expect this from a Melissa and Doug toy products

My 15 month old loooves this puzzle

The media could not be loaded. My 15 month old has been doing this puzzle since he got it for Christmas, hasn’t tired of it yet. He caught on quick and does it at least 3-4 times a day. The chunky handles are a must have for little hands. So many learning opportunities with this puzzle too! Naming, fine motor skills, animal sounds, etc. Highly highly recommended!
