Very cute but lid pops off

Golden Girls mug purchased for gift. Arrived in great condition. I didn't notice any damage like some reviews had mentioned. Mug is large capacity and has turquoise/mint on the inside. Very cute gift!

Wonderful and looks like picture. Only fall back is it’s hand wash only. Not microwave safe either.

Best thing I’ve ever bought

This is my single favourite Amazon purchase. This cup is absolutely massive and has a perfect design. Came in perfect condition. You have to hand wash it, but it takes no time at all.

I ordered 3 for my BFFs cause we call each other the Golden girls. Unfortunately one broke in pieces during the delivery which is why I gave it one star off. I was really sad about this but how the heck do I ask for a new one and send back the broken pieces, I have no clue.
