Ion cover dust only

Cover is a bit flimsy and won’t protect against much abuse. Good for dust protection Not padded at all.

Does the job keeps the auger completely covered

I like that it covers the whole auger completely while storing it for next fishing season.

Good fit, but reviews were right: It's really thin plastic.

Good fit, but reviews were right: It's really thin plastic. Feels cheap. Not sure it's worth $35. I would consider getting a 'Used' one, or think of a better cheaper alternative. But, on the plus side, it's really easy to install on the auger head. Velcros and straps hold this cover in place. Oh well... Overall, I'm 'ok' with this purchase. Not overly excited.

Cover up the head from the weather

I think it's important to keep the head as dry as possible but I do think that it is built to handle any weather we may have. I don't use my cover much.

Absolutely not worth the price.

For the price, I thought this cover would be made of a durable canvas. The fabric reminds me of "Tyvek", house wrap. Very disappointed and I'll never use it. Ion makes a quality product but, this head cover falls short on quality for the price.

Nice cover but not much protection

The cover is well made. Velcro holds it tight, extra straps at the closure to ensure its closed. It is a nice dirt, water and dust cover but offers zero bumper pad protection if you want to transport the auger in a tow behind sleigh. There is also a small pocket which I am assuming is for the battery. I have the 6AH battery and it does not fit in the pocket. This cover would be good for someone that has a mount on the rack of a 4 wheeler.

Keeps Snow and Slush off Powerhead

This cover works for me while skidooing in slush or wet snow. Keeps it clean especially where battery is installed (don't travel with battery installed - may slip off). Snug fit with velcro and snaps.
