I should have gotten a size bigger. Adjusting to the tightness is hard. Took me awhile to get the hang of it. Good support

I wasn’t too sure if I liked this while working out. Just wasn’t my cup of tea, but it’s a good product!

Perhaps wrong size!?

I suppose I bought the wrong size because after adjusting the fit, I had a lot of extra/excessive ‘material’ belt left over which I had to drape over and I had bulky look. I will not be purchasing another of these in the future

My cheaper version fit better and did more then this. It’s ok but definitely not recommendable.

I had surgery for a back injury 14 years ago and have been sleeping with a bit of a back brace ever since. The solid plastic ones are so uncomfortable that I wont wear them, so I usually go for something like a Other Brands, since they are soft and work similarly. I've been wearing this one now for a few days and so far I like it the best. It's velcro straps are exactly like the Other Brands where you put it on then add the left and right elastic tightening straps to your desired tightness, but unlike the Other Brands this does not have the dog-bone shaped piece on the inside middle of the lumbar area. Instead it has soft plastic internal ribs that keep the back from folding in while you sleep yet keeps you stiffer and upright, which is not something Other Brands offer and results in this being more comfortable than the competition. This is about as thin as the Other Brands, so you can wear it under your shirt and no one knows the wiser, which is something you cannot do with the Other Brands since it is VERY thick. Another problem with the Other Brands is that there is stitching around the outside edge so the threads wear out fairly quickly, but with this one there is no such stitching to wear out, so I believe this one will last a very long time. (Edited review. "Other Brands" was placed over actual name brands because I guess it hurts feelings? My review wouldn't post without it. Odd, because I actually like this product a lot and I didn't say anything bad about the others.)

Amazing for back pain relief! Provides support and waist training is an added bonus!

In love. I have a major back injury and have been using my surgery recovery back brace for the last 5 years. It’s uncomfortable to sit in, bulky, and a pain to take on and off. I’m So Thankful I got this waist trainer! Not only do I get the added benefit of waist training, it’s also super supportive and offers me pain relief from the pressure and support it provides. It’s not bulky so I can actually wear it under or over my clothing without major muffin top going on! I can also sit down on the couch and it stays in place with no need to adjust upon standing!! (I can’t tell you how uncomfortable and annoying my surgical support brace is when it comes to sitting. I basically have to take it off and put it back on when I stand so this trainer is a godsend!) It Velcro’s on and then you pull the side velcro supports around to your desired tightness and off you go! I’m seriously going to live in this thing! My back went out again last week and this has been a saving grace allowing me to get along with my life in less pain! I can’t believe how much support and positive pressure this provides without a ton of stiffness and boning. Can’t sing it’s praises enough!
