Worth it

If you have a small hose that need to be stopped up this will do it..i have a Samsung washer with a little drain hose at the bottom and this fit perfectly

It's a good idea, but it didn't work for me

I purchased these stoppers thinking they would stop leaks from the main irrigation line. But the stopper is not large enough to completely fill the hole where the dripper line was originally installed. After installing the stopper, the leak continued to waste water, albeit significantly reduced. I ended up cutting the main irrigation line and installing a coupling. Problem resolved. I think these stoppers might be useful in capping off the bubblers and leaving the dripper line in place.

Just the thing for small leaks in the drip system

Just the thing to fix smaller holes in your drip system. If your system is really old, be aware that the tubing my be stiff or brittle, and the plugs might not seat as well, but in many situations you can put on of these in to a drip tube and seal it up, or even repair a hole where a drip feeder has been removed from the main tubing. In some cases, these simply won't work and you may instead have to cut the bad part out of the main tube and re-attach the pieces with a simple adapter. As some reviewers have noted, it is tough to get a grip on these--I hold them with a small pair of channel locks and that works great.

But it ended up being more trouble than it was worth, even for south florida boating, because it was drippy and used water too quickly. But the nozzles weren't a bad experiment.

Sooner or later you will need these

You know you will make a mistake sooner or later when setting up your garden drip system. This fixes it and doesn't leak. I use pliers to pinch them in and to save my fingers (I'm a wimpy fingered woman). Can't set up a drip system without them it seems. Good to have a bunch of these around.

Works with Raindrip tubing

Fits well and stops the ends of the tubing. Sometimes, if the water pressure is high, we'll tie a knot in the tubing and then plug the end with one of these.
