Successful Trapping.
We tried the large glue pads with no success except getting a tail and bunch of hair a few times. Brother in law in the business recommended the TRex as the way to go. I tied some string to the traps as the rats had scurried away with some of the glue pads. I found them but no rat. Peanut butter was the bait. We caught two within a week. The trap was easy to get the rat out and we are reusing the traps.

Best trap ever!!
First night setting these in barn and got 3 rats. 2 in one trap!! Also the peanut butter I put in 2 and chicken feed in other 2. They didn’t touch the peanut butter ones. Use whatever they’re feeding on

Easy to Set!
These traps are SO EASY TO SET and I have no fear now as I did with the original rat snap traps. There's only one problem and it's NOT the traps fault. EVERYTHING we have tried has not gotten any rats!! Bait, sticky traps, snap traps, electronic boxes, all the different food baits and tactics, yet the rats are still enjoying our cozy attic with all their families and friends.

It works when the smaller ones don't
We had some rats going in our back yard, garage, grill that would just set off the smaller standard traps without getting caught. The Trapper T-Rex caught them. They were big guys, so I guess they were too big for the smaller traps. Anyhow, these work when the other ones aren't working out.

Definitely work
These traps work very well, although the bait cups are not too sturdy. Had one break 1st use, but reached out to supplier and they kindly sent replacements!!

I caught a rat the first night I deployed these. Easy to use, safer than a regular snap trap.
These are super easy to set up and...well...empty. To arm it, just squeeze the back, bait it with peanut butter, set it, and wait. Once you've caught a pest, you squeeze it open again and drop your deceased prey into a trash bag or whatever. I kid you not: I had been setting out regular snap traps (which make me nervous for the safety of my children and my own fingers) with no success, but an exterminator recommended these and I caught a rat on the first night I deployed them. Game-changer.

DON’T WASTE YOUR $$$
I WOULDN’T GIVE THESE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I had a problem with normal mice inside and larger mice outside. Bought both the large and small of these and set them up loaded with peanut butter and/or the attractant stuff. NOTHING!!! Not even one????. Adding insult to injury we had two of those sticky flat traps and guess what caught the mice??? DO NOT BUY. Also when I was taking them down after a month A large one went off and caught my thumb and nothing happened! It surprised me but that was all. Don’t know how it is supposed to kill a mouse. I have missed the return window because I was trying to give them a fair chance. Waste of $$$
