Nice design but build is not so nice

I really like the look of this piece, and maybe I shouldn't complain given the price. But there are some serious issues. The base of the drawer and the back of the cabinet are really flimsy particle board with some random wood pattern printed on them that in no way matches the actual wood. The seats for the legs are just plastic. The slot for the drawer has NO back. There is a wonky plastic piece that you are supposed to screw into the top of the drawer slot to stop the drawer from just movin' on through the other side. But there was no screw hole for that piece, and the screw itself does not lay flat with the plastic thingie and prevents it from working correctly. We kludged it by drilling our own hole, which we had to do twice when we realized that the literal screw was going to prevent the drawer from closing flush with the front of the cabinet. This could be a really nice piece of furniture except for the multiple cut corners.
