It gets super hot, and the cast iron grill surfaces are ...

Over the years, I've used more than a number of Panini Grills. This one, for me tops them all. It gets super hot, and the cast iron grill surfaces are amazing for heat conduction. Cleanup takes a while, depending on what you cook on it. I've made panini on there (suggestion, place your panini INSIDE parchment paper to avoid cleanup) and that was a very simple thing to do. I've also grilled Cornish hens on it. The grill performed admirably, cooking them well, and all the way through. However, that particular cleanup was very time consuming. From a size standpoint, the grill is massive, compared to the standard Cuisinart or Breville, but you get what you pay for. With this grill, I can make multiple panini's at once (as many as four). as well as cooking burgers and chicken breasts. We use it specifically to reheat pizza throughout the week for our kids' lunches and snacks. I've only had it two months, but from the early returns, if you're serious about having one of these at home, you can't go wrong.

It's a great machine

Love it but mine seems to have a fault as 4 months later the switch on the ribbed side doesnt work. I have changed the swithc once but it's gone again

You would think something like this would be backed with a year warranty

In September of 2015, we purchased this panini grill for our small business. Since then the plastic handle on the left side of the grill has fallen off. Not even a full 3 months into use and it is already falling apart. I have tried to opt for a replacement via Amazon, but the process is stating it is too late for any returns. You would think something like this would be backed with a year warranty. We have had other panini grills and were looking forward to this one being a dependable grill, however the handle that keeps you from burning your hand has already fallen off.

Grill top not staying tight

We are having trouble with the right side grill top staying tight so it does not smash the bread we put on the grill. We have tightened it numerous times but there must be something more we can do, help please!!

Expensive and not designed well enough to clean the top of the grooves

I thought this was supposed to be designed to perfectly clean the Waring griddle. It’s ok, but not at the price point. It doesn’t allow you to effectively reach the top of the grooves of the bottom plate.

Fits perfectly with Waring panini grill

Works perfectly with our commercial Waring panini grill. This brush makes keeping the grill clean much easier. We will always have one for now on.

this is a necessary cleaning brush for the Waring commercial panini maker

Its well made and the brush and ridged scraper are correctly dimensioned for the ridged Waring panini grill plates. We use it every day in a small cafe and replace these brushes every 3-4 months because of daily use. One needs to stay ahead of any buildup of congealed grease and other frying byproducts. Don't waste time with rags, soap, or 'magic' cleaners. A good scraping and brushing every day is the only way to keep these iron grills going for decades.
