Go with the bigger size

The felt on the underside of the 32x32 didn't extend far enough down to come to the edge of the saddle skirts on a 13" barrel saddle. I liked the pad but the felt needs to be bigger. I am going to order the bigger size and see if the felt underneath is larger. Probably won't work for big skirted cutting, roping or pleasure saddles. It does stay tented up nicely over the withers and produced very even sweat marks. I have order 7 pads and so far this is the best for staying up off the withers and producing even sweat patterns.

HELP! Return window not correct/No customer support contact anywhere

HELP! There is no contact listed anywhere to contact seller. It says 90 day satisfaction guarantee but Amazon only honors 30 days, which I just missed, The return window was on the saddle pad which was very pretty but not that comfy for my hose. It says return to place of purchase within 90 days BUT impossible with Amazon which is 30, no way to contact anyone? Help please? I also went to weaver website and none listed there either!!

I do not feel like the contouring in this pad is enough for a prominent withers; it is very slight. Additionally, I wanted to share the underside of this pad for those that are interested. I found the center seam and the way the felt is stitched on the bottom inappropriate and could potentially cause irritation.
