Excellent customer service

I purchased this product in November 2021 and it stopped working in February 2023. I contacted Woods customer support, and they were phenomenal! They were extremely professional, friendly, and provided excellent product support! Highly recommended this product at minimum based on their customer service!

dont freak out when you first wire it up and test it.. It takes about 30 seconds to respond to light or darkness..

Works but instructions are wrong

Nice looking quality sensor. As a previous review said - the wiring instructions are wrong. It worked for me when I used the red wire for power source and the black for switched power. Also know that it takes a while to switch. When power is applied and there is light, it will be on for a while until it switches off. It also takes a while of darkness to trigger on.

bastante bueno, se instala fácilmente, como no tenia seguridad si soportaba lluvias o chubascos como los que se dan en el sureste de la República Mexicana, lo protegí totalmente con cinta de aislar y luego con cinta de hule auto-fundente, lo puse directamente en la parte superior de la barda, con la celda de cara al sol, hasta el momento a trabajado perfectamente, ya aguanto 3 chubascos que son mas fuertes que una lluvia copiosa, por cierto uno de estos chubascos duro como 6 horas y el aparato sigue funcionando con su linea de 15 metros y 5 focos led de 12 watts cada uno, se prende como a las 8 P.M. y se apaga en automático como a las 6.30 AM hora del Sureste Mexicano (clima muy cálido)

lo instale pero no funciono, no apagaba la luminaria cuando habia luz, despues de varias pruebas tiene un retardo de 90 segundos, ya sea para apagarse o para encenderse da un mejor funcionamiento asi para que no se este activando por alguna sombra o luz artificial, lo recomiendo totalmente, hay que seguir la guia de instalacion o pedirle a alguien que sepa que lo instale

No me agradó en absoluto

Doy una estrella porque el sensor a pesar de que el Sol a todo las luces están encendidas, prende y apaga cada vez que se le da la gana y sé que está bien instalado ya que he puesto otros sensores de otras marcas en diferentes casas y no he tenido problemas. "F"
