It’s a good product but caution with thin hair.

Product is very good but my thin hair would do better with the brush needles type wand. I sometimes can’t get wand out of hair easily as it is tangled in the wand. Hair very short. I still use it, but a little more cautiously.

Low grade heat and it won't grip onto your hair enough to roll under. I hope I save someone from wasting their money.

Aww, So Cute & REALLY 4.5 stars, But it really COULD Use More Heat

I love this small, lightweight brush and it helped me start down a proper path for my short, multi-textured, soft, thin(ning), natural hair. But, it's also a victim of its own success! As I grew to rely upon the brush in my hair styling, I began to see its limitations, i.e., leaving my hair a bit puffy and frizzy, which ultimately was not a problem (since the style most chosen was one that involved, essentially, bangs protruding from a hat or scarf), I began to want the brush to smooth more than it could. The issue: there is no heat setting for the user; there's only ONE heat level and its factory-determined, lol! You plug it in; the light goes on; it heats up (and it's not instant or even fast); you use it. Still: I love what it was able to show me re: possibilities. My hair is too thin and soft for curling irons (which destroy any measure of body or fullness); irons also are skin burn hazards. Such concerns are a non-issue with this brush, thanks to the "protective" bristles. I'm giving it 4 stars: It's really 4.5 stars-worthy. It's cute, safe, harmless, and pretty effective.

Disappointed

I ordered this to replace my old but still working hot brush. I am disappointed in this one because it takes much longer to heat up and the indicator ready light does not work as described. These are difficult to find so I will keep this as a back up but it is inferior to the previous ones available to purchase. Time has not improved this hair styling tool.

Excelente producto

Excelente producto. Mi mamá tiene artritis reumatoide y no encontraba unas tenazas que pudiera usar (debido al peso y la forma). Estas funcionan perfectamente, son muy ligeras y por la forma las puede usar sin ningún problema. No sólo mejoraron la apariencia del cabello de mi mamá, sino su autoestima

No lo recomiendo

Creo que por el precio es claro que el cepillo es de muy baja calidad, venía bien empacado y sellado pero el foco que indica que la temperatura está lista no sirve, no prende, pero el cepillo sí enciende y calienta pero muy poco. La verdad es mejor ahorrar y comprar algo de mejores materiales y acabados.

Defective product - no response back from seller Ben Galileo

Indicator light that indicates when curler is hot and ready to use does not work; hardly any heat. I've put in a request x 2 to return item with no response from seller Ben Galileo. I won't recommend buying this product. First time I've bought something from Amazon that I was unable to return.
