I was not happy about having to replace the part in our RV, but I guess given the fact that it has been used most of the last 5 years non-stop, replacement was inevitable. We purchased this item a couple of months ago and it is working great still, unless someone has not said anything and is just existing in an RV with no power, but I don't believe that to be the case. I'm not sure on the difficulty of replacement, I was inside the house while my fiance was doing all of the dirty work, although he was done shortly after starting which leads me to believe that the install was not difficult at all. No complaints so far... 5 stars!!

Mis-drilled holes in Negative terminal block

I am a RV Tech and do this full time. When you are stuck in a crawlspace on fifth wheel and it is 110 degrees in there the last thing you need is a faulty converter connection. This should have been a 35 min job which turned out to be well over an hour. I had to tap the holes on the negative connection block as the set screws were cross threaded! I had to get this working for my customer as without it no AC! Plus a dead battery. Come on folks! How about some quality control on your end! Sad.
